Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tidora Beauty. Because we sell beauty products, cosmetics, and body care items, we must maintain strict health and hygiene standards. Our policy complies with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012).

Returns & Exchanges

Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of beauty and makeup products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Eyelash Products Policy: To ensure the health and safety of our customers, and due to the nature of our products as personal beauty items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Exceptions apply only if the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part.
Eligible Returns: For other items, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if your product arrives broken or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tidorabeauty.com.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically:

Card Payments: Refunded back to the original credit/debit card. This may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank’s policies in Bahrain.
Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable): Refunded via store credit or bank transfer to a Bahraini bank account in the customer’s name.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an unopened item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the courier return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
